Leading Edge Aero Services LLC (“we”) runs this website. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: name, mobile number, email (optional), aircraft tail number, airport or street address, parking or access notes, and whether we may photograph your aircraft or vehicle. For cars and trucks, addresses are checked against the US Census Bureau’s public address geocoder (and, if it can’t find one, OpenStreetMap’s address search) to confirm they are within our 75-mile service area. We use this to schedule and do the work and to text you about it.
- Aircraft details: we look up your tail number in the FAA’s public aircraft registry to show your make and model.
- Usage data: pages visited, the link that brought you here, and how you use the booking form, including session recordings. Recordings hide what you type and your street address, except the aircraft N-number, which we keep so we can fix lookup problems (N-numbers are public in the FAA registry). We use this to make booking easier. For cars and trucks, analytics records only whether the address is under 25 miles from the Albuquerque Sunport or farther, never the address itself.
Remembered on your device
If you leave “Remember my aircraft (or vehicle) on this device” ticked when you book, your browser keeps what you booked (the tail number or vehicle, size, service, airport or address, and, if you typed it on our form, your name), so next time you can book again in one tap. It stays on your phone or computer only; we don’t receive it. It’s forgotten after about a year, when you untick the box on your next booking, when you tap “Start fresh”, or when you clear your browser’s data for this site. Your card is never stored there.
Who handles it
- Cal.com stores booking requests and sends confirmations. Pages with the booking form start loading Cal.com’s calendar early so it opens quickly, which tells Cal.com your IP address even if you don’t book. For cars and trucks, the service address you enter is passed to Cal.com’s calendar inside its web address, so it can also appear in Cal.com’s own server logs.
- Stripe securely stores your card if you save one when booking, and processes the charge after the job. We never see or store your card number.
- US Census Bureau and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim; address data © OpenStreetMap contributors) provide public address verification for car and truck service locations.
- Google provides the reviews on our homepage. Scrolling the homepage loads reviewers’ profile photos from Google, which tells Google your IP address.
- PostHog and Cloudflare Web Analytics provide site analytics.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
We don’t sell your information.
Photos
We only post photos of your aircraft or vehicle if you tick the photo-permission box. Ask us anytime and we’ll take them down.
